Terms & Conditions

Program Ownership

• The Reloved & Rewarded loyalty program is owned and operated by Reloved by Pink Finss Boutique, a fundraising initiative of the Pink Finss Charity.

 Membership Eligibility

• To participate, customers must be registered with Reloved by Pink Finss.
• Members must consent to receive marketing communications from Reloved by Pink Finss (via email and mobile).

 Program Offer

• Please note the Loyalty Program may be suspended from time to time, while other offers are run, such as store wide sales or similar offers.
• Only one discount or offer may be used at a time. This includes accumulating Loyalty Reward credits and for redeeming Loyalty Reward vouchers.

Earning Stamps

• Customers earn one stamp for each purchase over $30 in a single transaction.
• Only one stamp can be earned per day, regardless of multiple qualifying purchases.

 Redeeming Loyalty Credits

• Customers must notify the shop assistant at the time of purchase that they wish to redeem their loyalty credit. Credits stay valid for 3 years and can be used at the customer’s discretion.
• Only one $30 loyalty credit may be redeemed per transaction.
• Loyalty Rewards can not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
• Does not include purchases of candles, soaps, cards, gift vouchers or branded merchandise.
• If the total exceeds $30, the balance can be paid using cash, credit card, or gift voucher.
• If the total sale is below $30, the Customer can choose to proceed but they will forfeit any unused loyalty credits.
• Loyalty credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.

 Program Changes

• The program may be amended periodically.
• Members will be notified via email of any changes.

• Participation implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected and used.

  Acceptance of Terms

• Continued participation in the Reloved & Rewarded program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
