Instore Purchases – Exchange & Return Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. All items are sold on an “as is” basis.

We do provide fitting rooms in store and encourage all customers to try on garments prior to purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Please note the Reloved by Pink Finss Boutique sells second-hand clothing.

Online Purchases – Exchange & Return Policy

Store Pick up is recommended for online purchases to allow Customers to try and view items prior to sale completion as we DO NOT Refund or Exchange on Shipped Items.

When you purchase the item online and you opt for Store Pick up, the purchased item will be held in store for 7 days from the date of purchase, allowing time for Customers to view & try items in store. Fitting rooms are provided and we encourage all customers to try on garments to ensure satisfaction. If an item is unsuitable, we will exchange or refund the item. Items are not to leave the store.

All items have been previously owned, and as such are sold on an “as is” basis. Please note the Reloved by Pink Finss Boutique sells second-hand clothing.

Our Policies

From time to time Reloved by Pink Finss offers promotions and discount vouchers.

Please note that only one (1) promotion may be redeemed at a time and discount vouchers may NOT be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Only one (1) discount voucher may be used per person per day. This does not apply to Gift Vouchers which have been purchased. Discount vouchers may not be redeemed for cash, used for the purchase of candles or soaps or used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
